Zeke shook his head. 'No.. it was my fault. I shouldn't have left you...' He looked down at her, his face plain. The tracks his tears had made were still clear on his face, his eyes still red. he sniffed and looked at her.

Her hands gently cupped his hands, her eyes full of grief. "Why blame yourself? You're only making it harder for yourself..." Some anger rested in her voice, but she covered it slightly. The way he blamed himself only made Misery feel worse than before. Gently her hands rubbed where the clear tracks rested, looking into his eyes at the same time.

He looked at the ground. What was he supposed to say? No, nevermind, I blame you now. Pst, ya, like that was going to work. f he said he didn't blame himself, then he would be blaming her, and he didn't want to do that. He didn't want her to have to carry the guilt. "I don't blame myself, and I don't blame you..." He said as he looked at her, wondering what she would say.

She sighed heavily, looking down at the wet ground. As long as he didn't blame himself she was fine. Though, she knew it was her fault, the guilt clouded her eyes, and it was too noticable. "I swear, you're too good to me..." She said as her eyes drifted to his, waiting patiently.

She rolled her eyes, but sat still in his arms. Even if she wanted to go Zeke would want her to stay. "Thanks... I love you too..." Her voice full of pleasure at her small remark. Misery tried to relax in his safe arms, but the night was too hectic, again... Too much pain was dealt, just thrown at each other.

He smiled and chuckled softly. He was glad she felt better. His arms still held her as he looked down. He then saw her wrist, and a pain seemed to sting him. He was going to ask her if it still hurt, but she seemed to be in a good mood, and he didn't want to get her sad again. Instead he just looked back into her eyes and smiled softly

When she looked around she finally remembered they were out in the forest. A sudden sigh escaped her partially open mouth. "Should we go somewhere less wet?" Slowly she threw a glance at her wrist, the pain barely noticable. "Well... Unless you like sitting in the rain in one spot, but don't blame me if you're stiff tomorrow." Instead of saying anything else she just smiled warmly.

Zeke smiled and his eyes lightened. He was happy that she was 'back'. He quickly kissed her cheek before looking back into her eyes lovingly. "We can go back to my castle if you'd like." Personaly, Zeke didn't mind the rain. He truely loved it. He loved the sound it made when it hit the ground, and jumpingin the puddles. He seemed like a little kid in the rain at times. The feel of the cold water running down his back gave him shivers, and just made him feel good. Even when he took showers, they were cold, just because he tried to mimick the rain.
Slowly Zeke rose to his feet and held out his hand to help Misery up. He still loved her with all his heart, and knew that she still loved him. He was glad that this was over with, that she hadn't died and was still with him. He hoped she would be with him for many more years to come.

Misery gladly gripped onto Zeke's hand, and pulled herself up. Now that the fighting had stopped she wished it would never return. It killed her to even think of another fight, so she easily pushed it aside. With all her heart she loved him, and hoped he really loved her back like she thought. "I would like that very much." Her voice was soft and gentle.
The rain lightly pounded on her back, but made her feel safe. For some strange reason this didn't really bother her, but sitting in the rain was pointless. Swiftly she glanced at the sky, gazing at the dark stormy clouds above their heads. This was something she could really get used to.

Zeke's heart pounded when Misery grabbed his hand. He still wondered if they were 'split up' or not. He didn't have the heart to ask though. Instead he just smiled and her and held on tightly to her hand. He was just glad that the fighting was over. It killed him to see her cry, and he never wanted to see tears come from her eyes again.
Slowly he began to walk towards his castel, his hand still holding Misery's. He half expected her to pull her hand away, but he wouldn't mind if she did. Atleast as she walked beside her, he would be happy. The rain still fell from the skies as they walked. It almost always seemed to rain when Zeke was wit Misery. He didn't care though. He enjoyed the rain.

Misery kept her hand in his. Who she would want to wouldn't come to mind that quickly. She would have to think about the whole 'split up' thing, but couldn't bear to think about it. It was best to get it out of the way so no more feelings were crushed and stomped on. Zeke was the one she loved, and she could never think of any way to see him hurt ever, ever again.
To her it would be a punishment to see him hurt, especially if it was her fault. "I'm starting to think that this whole feude was beause of me... I was the one that planned the little 'split up' plan. Now I regret ever feeling that way, even thinking about it makes me want to slap myself." The gentle rythm of the rain was calm and soothing, making Misery feel a lot better than she truly felt.

Zeke looked down at her with a smile. He let go of her hand, and took the arm and wrapped it around her. He pulled her close to him as they walked. It was something he loved, and wanted to do forever.
Blue optics gazed at her. No anger or sorrow was filled in them. "No, it is not your fault. Everyone gets mixed feelings. There is never a time when you are sure forever. And well, everyone makes mistakes." He refered to them splitting up as a mistake. He was never for it and didn't want to ever to happen.

Misery smiled when she looked up at him. He was so understanding and kind. Compared to him, she seemed mean and nasty. She would go to any extent to get what she wanted, and it didn't really amuse people.
Her red eyes gazed down at her feet as they walked. "Why are you such an understanding person? You're the first person that I've met that actually knows about anothers feelings. It feels good to know that you are so good with that." The way he explained it so clearly fascinated her in many ways, especially since she knew nothing about emotions.

He smiled at her and kissed her forehead. "I just always have been able to understand, to sense how someone feels. Sure I have my times of bloodlust, but it doesn't reall matter. When I am with you I just feel better. I feel what you feel. It is in my nature to want you to be happy, and you have to understand how someone feels to know how to cheer them up."
Zeke's warm smile spread slightly as he looked at Misery. He took his other arm and put his hand under her chin and gently pushed his head up so that he could see her eyes. "Your eyes are so beautiful, you shouldn't just stare at the ground with them and hide them from the world."
