Mickey followed after Kristen like some lovesick puppy. She felt so pathetic, like she was only feeding off of Kristen to get to Cameron. She was supposed to be the head bitch in charge, and yet, she was following around the new girl. How things change... "Oh really? You all will be makin' out on some old pullout couch." Mickey teased with a giggle. She wished that she would be the one making out with Cameron... Oh, if only no one was around because she would be slapping herself silly. The things that were going through her mind were scaring her. She envied Kristen. The accent, the guy she had, the...everything. [/blockquote]

Kristen walked up to her locker and turned the dial on the lock to the three digits that unlocked it. She couldn't help but smile about what Mickey said, making out with Cameron wouldn't be bad at all, but she wouldn't want to do that on an old nasty pullout couch. Yuck. She opened up her locker and put her history textbook inside it, then pulled out one of her binders. She closed it, then locker it up by turning the dial to a random number. "I better hurry and get out there, he's probably standin' there waitin' on me." She said with a sweet smile.

Her eyes watched Kristen as she opened the locker. Mickey didn't want to stop at her locker. One, she didn't care about homework and two, she was just too lazy. Mickey heard Kristen's words and smile, slowly nodding her head in agreement. Cameron was probably sitting there, counting each second that passed by. "Yeah, probably worried sick about ya... God only knows what could happened to ya two minutes after he saw ya." She teased with a smirk. The only reason why this bothered her was because it was true... He cared too much. [/blockquote]

"I better get goin' then." Kristen said looking at the girl beside her. "I'll text you or somethin'." She smiled over at her then started to walk away from her. "See you tomorrow!" She said loudly, waving back at Mickey with a big grin on her face. She walked quickly down the hallways and out the door where she saw Cameron standing. "Hey!" She said, poking him in the side.
Avery walked down the hall to his locker, unlocked it, put a few textbooks inside, then locked it back up. He saw a girl down the hall, she looked really familiar to him. "Who is she?" He said to himself, but quietly. 'I think her name is Mickey...' He thought as he looked over at her again. There was something about her that made him want to get to know her better. He had never talked to her before, he just knew who she was by hearing about her so much. He walked down the hallway towards her, hoping that she would actually notice him walking towards her.

Mickey nodded her head as she watched Kristen walk away. A sigh escaped her lips. "Lucky lil' ducky." She said softly as she leaned against the locker. She wasn't sure what to do now. She wished she would have made plans with some friends. Her eyes were glued to the linoleum floor. After a couple seconds she looked up to see a boy with black hair and beautiful blue eyes walk towards her. Did she know him? Even if she didn't he was someone to add to the list. Mickey - with a confident smile - walked his way, a smile on her lips. "Hey, I'm Mickey." She said with a cute smile as she stopped in front of him.
Cameron was waiting for a while, hoping she would scurry her little butt out there. It wasn't long before she poked him in the side, and he let out a gasp. "I thought you would never show up..." He mumbled with an innocent smile. He was half expecting to see Mickey trailing behind her, but was kind of glad to see that she had vanished. Cameron wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her close.

Avery smiled down at the girl who introduced herself. "I'm Avery." He replied. 'So I was right, that is Mickey.' He thought. He remembered her from elementary school, but they never really talked since they never had a class together throughtout the years. She looked alot different in fifth grade then she did now, and so did he for that matter. "What are you up to, missy?" He asked, noticing that they were the only two people in the entire hall now.
Kristen looked up at him and smiled when he wrapped his arm around her waste. She got on her toes a little bit and kissed him on the cheek, she thought she might be able to mess with him by not kissing him the lips. "So,what are we gonna go do now?" She asked, rocking back and forth on her feet. She was getting tired of being at the school and wanted to go.

Her smile widened as she heard him introduce himself. What a cute little name. Avery. It was so feminine, yet it didn't bother her in any way. Mickey could normally see herself picking on a guy with a name like that, but Avery seemed to sweet and hot to torture. "It's nice to meet ya." She explained with a childish giggle. Here she went. It was time to flirt like her life depended on it. Mickey looked around the halls, noticing how there was no one left. Perfect... "Nothing really... I was just gettin' ready to leave. I might go to a party, anything to keep me from being bored tonight." The young girl said with a shrug of her shoulders as if it was an everyday thing. It kinda was...
He felt her lips on his cheek and smiled warmly. Sure, Cameron would have much preferred one on the lips, but he didn't say anything. He was just glad to finally get some time with her, and just her. There was no Mickey to scream and shout, and there was no Skyler to flirt and interfere. "I dunno... Wanna get some ice cream?" He asked with a grin. Cameron could use some ice cream right now. Cameron leaned in, giving her a small peck on the cheek. He looked over his shoulder at the school. Mickey had never come out... He wondered what could have possibly held her back. Oh well... He didn't want her there anyways.

"Oh, so you're one of those kind of girls, huh?" Avery asked with a laugh. He wasn't really into the partying and drinking kind of people. He liked just hanging out and going to the movies, which sounds boring, but with just the right people it wasn't. "I have nothing to do tonight either, I might just go to the movies or something." He said, trying to think of what else he could do. Avery was a guy with good morals, but he wasn't a goody good either. He knew how to have fun with a girl if he wanted to, but he didn't want people to get the wrong impression.
Kristen smiled up at him cutely after he kissed her the cheek, then she grabbed his hand and locked her fingers with his. "Ice cream sounds yummy!" She said, she hadn't gone to get ice cream in a long time. She missed that Vanilla flavor. "How far away is the ice cream anyways?" She asked. If it was far, she hoped they could drive there. But if it was close, she didn't really mind walking. She just wanted to be with him either way.

She was confused with what he had said. One of those girls? What girl didn't like to party and have fun? Oh yeah, lame ones... Avery didn't really seem like the partying type. Then he surely wouldn't like her... "Well, that's no fun. You should go to a party with me..." She said softly, even though the answer would most likely be no. Mickey didn't want to go watch a movie. She had enough of those at home... Her hand rested in her blond, black, and pink mass, a smile on her lips. She surely didn't get this boy. Yeah, he was hot, but he just didn't seem like her type. Mickey let out a soft sigh and shoved her hands in her pockets as she looked around. They were kind of...alone.
He smiled as she locked her fingers with his. Cameron had to admit that she was a sweetie. Her reaction made him chuckle. Ice cream did sound like a good idea. Ice cream was an everyday thing when it came to Cameron. He decided to tease her about how far they would have to walk. "It's not that long... It should only take, like, twenty minutes." He answered with a smile. "So we better hurry up." Cameron was soon walking, taking her with him. He knew what he wanted. A nice, cold, delicious chocolate and vanilla swirl. Yum...

Avery looked down at the girl with multicolored hair and smiled. "Maybe I should, but do I want to?" He asked with a light laugh. He put his hand into his pocket and pulled out the keys to his truck. He didn't really like his truck all that much anymore, but its the only car he has, so he deals with it. He started to walk away towards the doors of the school. He could have just left her standing there, but Avery isn't a mean guy. He's more of a gentleman. He looked back at her and asked,"You comin', pretty lady?"
"That's a long walk!" Kristen said with a huff. She wasn't really the walking long distances type. She was more of a riding in an air conditioned car kind of girl. She walked beside him, "I want some traditional vanilla ice cream." She said as her stomach let out a soft growl, she hadn't eaten all that much at lunch. Talking about ice cream didn't really help either.

She listened to the words pour from his mouth. Mickey didn't even say anything. She knew she would end up saying something that she would regret later. He slowly walked away, and she thougt that he was actually gonna leave her there. Mickey didn't know what to do, and she was about to start walking in the other direction and walk home. His question made a smile slip onto her lips. She wasn't sure if she really wanted to go, but she had nothing better to do. "I guess I can spare some time on you." She teased with a smile as she pranced over to him.
Cameron let out a chuckle. "I'm kidding. It's, like, right up the street." He explained as he pointed in the direction of the ice cream. He sure could use some ice cream. Lunch was spent in constant turmoil with Mickey and her attention seekng. "Some traditonal ice cream? Psh, I was gonna go for some custard but okay." Cameron said. Yeah, he dd say ice cream, but custard was ice cream....in a way.. He looked down at the girl with a smile on his lips. "If you want ice cream so much get your toosh in gear." He teased with a wink.

"Right this way, miss." Avery said rather elegantly. Then he dropped the act, "So, what kind of guys are you into anyways?" He might as well ask now instead of waste his time on someone that wouldn't even be into him. He opened the door for her and let her walk out before him. He directed her towards his truck. It was a crimson color and it had leather seats in side. He pressed the unlock button on his keys and the truck beeped. He opened the door to his car to make sure that her side was clean, then he noticed an old year book sitting there. It was from fifth grade, he had it in there so he could return it to someone for his mom. Weird, yeah. He opened it and found him. "Oh God." He said. Then he flipped the pages to find Mickey, and there she was. "Here you are." He said, pointing to the picture.
"Well, it doesn't really matter. As long as its yummy!" Kristen said with that accent of hers. "Come on, Cameron! You're walkin' slow!" She said with a silly grin on her face. She looked in her bag to see if she had ay loose change rolling around in there so she could buy her ice cream, unless he was going to pay for it. It didn't really bother her either way.
